Job Description

  • Developing maintenance procedures and ensuring implementation
  • Carry out inspections of the facilities to identify and resolve issues
  • Checking electrical and hydraulic systems of buildings to ensure functionality
  • Keep maintenance logs and report on daily activities
  • Develop maintenance procedures and ensure implementation
  • Manage the budgets of the maintenance plans, and ensure that everything is in line with legal and safety regulations
  • Supervise the condition of all the equipment in the
  • establishment and the potential upgrades and maintenance it might need as a preventive maintenance plan
  • Lead all maintenance and repair-related activities in the
  • company, keeping in mind the roles of a repair manager
  • Make certain that all the budgets set of maintenance are observed and all maintenance work is completed in a timely manner
  • Ensure proper maintenance of the equipment and physical assets of the company, be it the building, office space, or machinery

Requirement & Benefits

  • Educational Qualifications: Diploma/B.Tech or a related field is preferred
  • Desired Experience: 7-8 years experience in a manufacturing company preferably in Printing & Packaging / Corrugated Box / Cartoon Manufacturing Industry
  • Salary: CTC 5.50 LPA + additional company benefits
