Job Description

  • Assist in planning, coordinating, and managing EV projects, ensuring milestones, timelines, and budgets are adhered to.
  • Monitor and track project progress, identify potential risks, and develop mitigation plans.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (design, engineering, supply chain, etc.) to ensure seamless project execution.
  • Provide technical support and expertise to ensure successful EV product development and integration.
  • Work with design and engineering teams to evaluate the feasibility of technical solutions.
  • Assist in the design, prototyping, and testing of EV components (e.g., battery systems, electric drivetrains, charging infrastructure).
  • Ensure all EV project components comply with industry standards, safety regulations, and quality guidelines.
  • Collaborate with the quality assurance team to test and validate systems, ensuring they meet performance criteria.
  • Liaise with suppliers and vendors for the procurement of materials, components, and services.
  • Conduct technical evaluations of potential suppliers to ensure they meet project specifications and requirements.
  • Maintain accurate project documentation, including design specifications, project timelines, and testing results.
  • Prepare and present regular project updates to management, highlighting progress, challenges, and key milestones.
  • Work closely with other departments, including R&D, manufacturing, and operations, to ensure smooth project execution and handover.
  • Act as the primary point of contact between the technical team and stakeholders.

Requirement & Benefits

  • Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Automotive Engineering, or a related field is preferred 
  • Desired Experience: 3-5 years experience in a manufacturing company preferably in Solar and EV Net Metering Industry 
  • Salary: CTC 5.00 LPA + TA/DA & additional company benefits
