Job Description

  • Operate and monitor the corrugator machine to ensure that it is running at optimal levels
  • Perform routine maintenance on the machine and troubleshoot any issues that arise
  • Ensure that all safety protocols and procedures are followed at all times
  • Inspect and grade the finished corrugated sheets for quality control purposes
  • Communicate with other team members to ensure that production goals are met
  • Record production data and maintain accurate records
  • Ensure that all raw materials are properly stored and maintained
  • Participate in training programs to stay up-to-date with new technology and safety procedures
  • Experience and knowledge of operating corrugator machines
  • Ability to interpret job orders and set up machines accordingly
  • Familiarity with safety regulations and ability to follow safety protocols
  • Physical ability to lift and move heavy materials
  • Attention to detail and ability to identify and troubleshoot machine issues
  • Willingness to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to work in a team and communicate effectively with other team members
  • Flexibility to work different shifts and overtime as needed

Requirement & Benefits

  • Educational Qualifications: Graduate/MBA or a related field is preferred 
  • Desired Experience: 2-5 years experience in a manufacturing company preferably in Printing & Packaging / Corrugated Box / Cartoon Manufacturing Industry
  • Salary: CTC 3.50 LPA + additional company benefits
