Job Description

  • Oversee the daily operations of the maintenance department.
  • Develop and implement preventive maintenance programs.
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards.
  • Manage and train a team of maintenance professionals.
  • Coordinate with other departments to schedule maintenance activities.
  • Monitor and report on maintenance performance metrics.
  • Manage maintenance budgets and resources efficiently.
  • Vendor management for outsourced maintenance services.
  • Ensure timely response to emergency maintenance requests.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency.
  • Proven experience in leading and managing a maintenance team.
  • Strong understanding of maintenance processes and best practices.
  • Knowledge of industry safety standards and regulations.
  • Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Requirement & Benefits

  • Educational Qualifications: Diploma/B.Tech or or a related field is preferred 
  • Desired Experience: 8-10 years experience in a manufacturing company preferably in Offset Cartons / Mono-Cartons / Corrugated Box / Printing & Packaging Manufacturing Industry 
  • Salary: CTC 12.00 LPA + additional company benefits
