Job Description

  • Implement and monitor quality control processes for printing operations, including pre-press, press, and post-press stages.
  • Conduct regular inspections and tests of printed materials to ensure adherence to specifications, color accuracy, and print quality.
  • Identify and address quality issues and non-conformities in a timely manner, implementing corrective and preventive actions as needed.
  • Analyze quality data and feedback to identify trends and areas for improvement in printing processes.
  • Collaborate with production teams to develop and implement process improvements and best practices.
  • Monitor the effectiveness of quality improvement initiatives and make adjustments as necessary to enhance product quality.
  • Ensure compliance with industry regulations, standards, and certifications relevant to the printing industry 
  • Stay informed about industry trends, regulations, and best practices to maintain ongoing compliance and quality excellence.

Requirement & Benefits

  • Educational Qualifications: Graduate/ITI/Diploma or a related field is preferred
  • Desired Experience: 2-3 years experience in a manufacturing company preferably in Digital Printing / Book Publishing and Printing & Packaging Industry
  • Salary: CTC 4.00 LPA + additional company benefits
