Job Description

  • Greet and assist customers in the store, providing excellent customer service to enhance sales.
  • Understand customer needs and provide expert guidance on product selection.
  • Develop in-depth knowledge of Sureena Chowdhri’s collection, including fabric, embroidery, and design details.
  • Drive sales by effectively communicating product features and benefits, offering suggestions, and cross-selling.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to encourage repeat business.
  • Manage inventory levels, ensuring stock availability and proper display of merchandise.
  • Process customer transactions accurately, handling cash, card payments, and returns.
  • Assist in organizing in-store events, trunk shows, and exhibitions to boost sales.
  • Provide feedback on customer preferences, trends, and potential improvements to the store manager.
  • Train and mentor junior sales staff to ensure consistency in service delivery.
  • Strong understanding of customer service and sales techniques.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple customers.
  • Passion for fashion and a keen understanding of Sureena Chowdhri’s brand and values.
  • Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays

Requirement & Benefits

  • Educational Qualifications: Graduate or a related field is preferred 
  • Desired Experience: Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in retail sales, preferably in luxury or ethnic fashion
  • Salary: CTC 3.00 LPA + additional company benefits
