Job Description

  • Lead the Factory Production function, executing the plans given by the planner.
  • Responsible for planning, scheduling and overseeing the adherence and timely completion of the plan
  • Increase Operational effectiveness, reduce down times on the machine, maintaining the quality parameters, Manage and execute improvement and cost reduction plans. Adherence to Health, Safety and Environmental regulations
  • Establish SOPs, implement continuous improvement plans through training, good work practices and processes
  • Qualifications and Experience Levels:
  • Extensive production, quality, exposure, Proven man manager
  • Extensive exposure to preprint activities, Multi-color flexo printing.
  • Technical capability and understanding

Requirement & Benefits

  • Educational Qualifications: Any Graduate or a related field is preferred
  • Desired Experience: 8-10 years experience in a manufacturing company preferably in Printing & Packaging / Corrugated Box / Cartoon Manufacturing Industry
  • Salary: CTC 12.00 LPA + additional company benefits
