Job Description

  • Experience in full-life cycle recruiting, including sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates
  • Experience in technical recruiting and knowledge of technical skills and technologies
  • Design and implement overall recruiting strategy
  • Develop and update job descriptions and job specifications
  • Perform job and task analysis to document job requirements and objectives
  • Prepare recruitment materials and post jobs to social media platforms etc
  • Source and recruit candidates by using databases, social media etc
  • Screen candidates resumes and job applications
  • Conduct interviews using various reliable recruiting and selection tools/methods to filter candidates within schedule

Requirement & Benefits

  • Qualification: MBA/BBA/Graduate or a related field is preferred
  • Salary Package : CTC between 3.0 LPA to 4.50 LPA + additional hiring incentive between 20% to 50% & company benefits 
  • Work Experience: End-to-end recruitment process, excellent communication and good computer skills. If you have more than 2 years of experience in recruitment process.
